1. How long does shipping take?
We usually ship within a week. Please keep in mind that the shop is run by the band members. Shipping times vary depending on your location, and international orders may take a bit longer.

2. Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship worldwide! Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

3. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit cards, PayPal, Klarna, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Venmo.

4. What if my item arrives damaged?
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us right away with a photo, and we’ll take care of it.

5. How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email. Depending on the order value, you may also receive a tracking link.

6. I didn’t receive an order confirmation – what should I do?
Please check your spam folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us with your name and email address.
